YOU HAD ME AT MER’LO

The engagement on our social media posts tells me I’m not the only one who has fallen for this top floor Winchcombe Carson Woolstore!

This week’s Percival Press might be late, but I say with total confidence that it is worth the wait! Our team has been all hands on deck this week getting property campaigns ready to launch and we’ve got a wonderfully varied Saturday planned for you!

Mer’lo by tekDB – 116/54 Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe

Last night, we launched the campaign for Mer’lo, tekDB’s latest creation and the comments on the social media posts kept rolling in. We’re utterly biased, but this is more than a renovation – it’s a resurrection, carved within the hallowed walls of the Winchcombe Carson Woolstore. A palette of texture and restraint that exudes timeless richness, reminiscent of exclusive boutique hotels, is complemented by the finest materials that whisper exclusivity. We’ll be hosting two open homes tomorrow at 9.50AM and 2.45PM – I hope to see you there.

Should inspiration strike to undertake work of your own (or reach out to tekDB to start hashing out plans) while you gaze at the striking Rosso Levanto marble or the imported Japanese tiles, we might just have the perfect opportunity for you.

709 Webster Road, Chermside

Albeit a vastly different offering on the opposite side of Brisbane, 709 Webster Road is an address with extraordinary development potential. A remnant of the days when Brisbane’s north side still offered boundless space, this low-set post war brick house sits on a whopping 1,819 SQM block!

If the splendour of Mer’lo has given you the itch to create a bespoke home, this is your opportunity to let your imagination run wild over up to four blocks (STCA). Best of all, at least according to the ladies in the office – their words not mine – it’s within walking distance to Westfield Chermside. To each their own priorities. We’ll be there at 1.30pm tomorrow if you’d like to duck in before a spot of shopping!

8/75 Harcourt Street, Teneriffe

Back in our 4005 patch, 8/75 Harcourt Street has just come to the market and will be going to auction, on-site, on 30 July at 5.30 PM. Brick units in New Farm are more sought-after than ever before; with practical floor plans, large lock-up garages and in this case, sweeping views toward Newstead and Hamilton Hill, this opportunity on the top floor of Patane Court, a small complex of only eight units, is one you won’t want to miss. For more information, reach out to Josh or John, or join us for the open home tomorrow at 10.50 AM!

The Percival Press wouldn’t serve its purpose without a handful of pre-market opportunities and as always, we’ve got several great properties to share with you!

Teneriffe Apartments is a tightly-held building. Perfectly positioned between Teneriffe and Newstead, residents enjoy the best of both worlds: inimitable heritage charm and Brisbane’s coolest neighbourhood at your doorstep. On the top floor, Unit 47 offers spacious split level living. Take a look for yourself tomorrow at 12.10pm.

12/10 Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe

Concurrently, we’ll be opening up 12/10 Vernon Terrace, an apartment with a distinct townhouse feel in the heart of Teneriffe. Walk straight out of your private courtyard and across the road to some of the suburb’s best locals (Beccofino, La Macelleria and Hikari, to name only a few).

217/50 Macquarie Street, Teneriffe

In the Saratoga Woolstore, the toughest choice you’ll have to make is choosing between a beautiful top-floor apartment with river views or a three bedroom corner apartment with a balcony. We are not yet running open homes for these properties, but if you’d like more information or would like to schedule a private inspection, please reach out at any time.

If, like my partner, you’re an impatient, here and now kind of person, join us at 9am to view 217/50 Macquarie Street. You can’t miss our open home flag, it’ll be somewhere close to where the line up for Kin’s takeaway window across the road ends!

On that note, I’ll leave you to narrow down your open home list ahead of tomorrow.

Talk soon,

Ben
