WOOLSTORE REPORT WEEK

Move over Academy Awards!

If you saw Lou and Georgie wheeling trolleys full of reports through Merthyr Village toward Australia Post — no, you didn’t. On Monday, a truckload of Woolstore Reports landed at our office, and by the time you read this (if you reside in one of these historic landmarks), the 2026 edition should be in your hands. If you own a Woolstore but live elsewhere, hang tight; we have hundreds of reports currently sitting at the New Farm Post Office ready to make their way to you.

To celebrate the 2026 edition and Tim and Allison’s feature, we’ve teamed up with iconic Teneriffe cafe Kin to create the Woolstore Mont Blanc: a cold brew with French oak syrup, wattleseed and black walnut cream. A tiramisu in a cup, if you will. If you’re lining up on Macquarie Street tomorrow, make sure you get your hands on one!

Even after years of working on the Woolstore Report, the process never gets old. The scent of fresh ink fills the air as the entire team jumps in to label thousands of envelopes in a matter of hours. Seeing the final product on your coffee tables and bookshelves makes every hour spent battling InDesign and inhaling ink fumes worth it. If you’d like a printed copy, simply reply to this email or swing by our open homes this weekend — we’ll have plenty of fresh copies on hand.

In other news, Brisbane was recently ranked the best city in the world to raise a family, leaving every other capital in the country choking on their lattes, as a realestate.com.au article so eloquently noted. What better place to experience that lifestyle than right here in 4005?

284 Harcourt Street, Teneriffe

For the little ones: a flat, secure backyard and a sparkling in-ground pool. For the adults: an entertainer’s sanctuary just steps from the James Street precinct. 284 Harcourt Street is a contemporary residence designed for the rhythm of modern family life. A blue-chip landholding with dual street access and existing plans to further capitalise on its potential, the home sits within the New Farm State School catchment and is close to the city’s most revered private schools. This is an exceptional opportunity ready for its next chapter. Join us for the first open home tomorrow at 10:45 AM.

301/64 Macquarie Street, Teneriffe

Whether you’re curling up on a drizzly afternoon or watching a magnificent sunrise on a bluebird morning, Unit 301 represents the pinnacle of Woolstore living. This top-floor apartment commands a coveted corner position spanning two sophisticated levels. A meticulous renovation highlights the interplay of original brickwork and a tonal colour palette, offering a sanctuary that is at once welcoming and commanding. We’ll be starting our day there tomorrow at 9:00 AM, rain, hail, or shine.

1/131 Terrace Street, New Farm

If you love the lock-up-and-leave convenience of an apartment but still desire the comfort of a house, we are bringing a rare blend of the two to market. 1/131 Terrace Street is a sophisticated home spanning two perfectly orchestrated levels, renovated with meticulous attention to detail and a specific emphasis on security for absolute peace of mind. Don’t miss the preview open home tomorrow at 10.45 AM.

With Easter just around the corner (we’re also wondering where the year went), it’s that time of year to contemplate securing your own beach pad. We’ve received word of an incredible opportunity in Noosaville coming to market very soon. While relocating to the Sunshine Coast isn’t on the cards for us anytime soon, if you can picture yourself lounging by the canals after a day meandering down Hastings Street, shoot me an email for the further details.

We have a stacked schedule of open homes this weekend, so please take your pick from our current listings — there is plenty to explore. Once the day is done, I’ll be swapping my suit for chinos and heading into the city with my wife for Australian Dance Collective’s Code of Conduct. Rather than the plush velvet of QPAC, we’ll be on the 20th floor of 300 George Street watching a darkly comic critique on ambition, exhaustion and our uneasy devotion to labour. It’s a fittingly ironic take on daily life as we steamroll into the final days of the first quarter of 2026.

Talk soon,

Ben
