It comes as no surprise that this fantastic apartment in the tightly-held Australian Estates Woolstore garnered a lot of interest, selling after just a short stint on the market!
It’s been a pleasure for our entire team to run the campaign for this wonderful north-east facing home together with Marty Foelz and a joy to work with our sellers throughout the process.

A gem of an Art Deco apartment, 6/291 Bowen Terrace sold for $1,370,000. Tastefully styled and positioned in a phenomenal location, a few steps and a lift ride from Howard Smith Wharves, I have no doubt this apartment will make a wonderful inner-city residence for the new owner!

In the Teneriffe Village Woolstore, Unit 34 sold moments before we launched the campaign. Our buyers had been on the hunt for the perfect Woolstore with us for months, so when this opportunity came up, they did not waste a minute securing this fantastic single level residence for $2,560,000!
We’re so excited for them to enjoy the incredible lifestyle on offer and for our sellers to begin the next chapter of their lives.

Last (of this week’s lineup), Unit 39 in the London Woolstore sold for $1,375,000. Spread across two levels on the river-facing side of the building, this apartment is only a lift ride away from some of Teneriffe’s most popular restaurants and bars – it doesn’t get much better than this!

Most Saturdays, you’ll find us zipping up and down Teneriffe’s main strip, but this week, we’ll be venturing out a little further west. At the foothills of Mount Coot-tha, the Canopy offers a collection of modern apartments, nestled amongst the surrounding parklands.
Unit 49 launched last week, and if you’ve been looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent indoor outdoor living, I hope we’ll see you there on Saturday at 1.30pm. If, unlike us, you’re not rushing across from to Teneriffe, I highly recommend a pitstop at Riser Bread in Toowong earlier in the day. The five minute drive is well worth it if you appreciate baked goods of exceptional quality!

If you prefer to focus your Saturday open home efforts on 4005, there’s no shortage of spots to treat yourself across the entire suburb, but 319/38 Skyring Terrace just so happens to be in walking distance to local favourite Danny’s Bread. We’ll be there at 9.50 AM, perfect time for morning tea – just saying.
If you’re feeling a little sad that the last long weekend of the year has come and gone, Nightfeast is the perfect place to eat your feelings. From Wednesday, 15 October, you can sample some of Brisbane’s favourite dining establishment’s most iconic dishes. The Powerhouse precinct comes alive Wednesday through Sunday and I highly recommend a visit, especially if you’re popping into one of our midweek opens!
Talk soon,
Ben
