OOPS WE DID IT AGAIN

Good things come in threes I suppose…

Over the weekend, we sold 56/110 Macquarie Street, Teneriffe, prior to the auction scheduled on July 3. For more information on the sale price, please feel free to contact me at any time. All I’ll say is that it’s a record result for Teneriffe Village!

If you’ve fallen in love with this tightly held building, 72/110 Macquarie Street, an impressive residence on the top floor, is your opportunity to secure an expansive apartment with a peaceful outlook over quiet Chermside Street off market.

In arguably one of Brisbane’s most exciting pockets, 10/18 Helen Street offers incomparable convenience. Set across a single level, with a massive balcony overlooking Teneriffe Hill, this is the perfect lock-up and leave property with some of Brisbane’s trendiest cafes, restaurants, bars and fitness studios just steps away.

It’s been a hot minute since we’ve taken one and two bedroom apartments to the market. It’s a highly competitive sector, so if one of these pre-market opportunities catches your eye, give us a buzz at any time for more information. We shared a few sneak peeks on our Instagram account earlier this and they went off!

7/265 Harcourt Street, is – excuse the pun – a smoking hot property. In an elevated position with sprawling city views, this converted fire station is a brilliant opportunity with low body corporate fees to boot.

Brick units in New Farm have become a rare commodity, and 8/75 Harcourt Street is your chance to secure a corner apartment with sprawling area views. With a lockup garage, just moments from Howard Smith Wharves, Eagle Street Pier and James Street, Brisbane’s premier destinations are on your doorstep.

Last, but certainly not least, 19/241 Arthur Street is a one bedroom unit in the tightly held Teneriffe Apartments Woolstore. Overlooking Arthur Street, enjoy the best of Newstead and Teneriffe at your doorstep.

After a record number of transactions in May, we’ve certainly got reason to raise a glass. If you end up securing one of these fantastic opportunities, you might too, and Brisbane, as always, provide a fantastic new spot to toast to a new adventure!

I tend to choose pints over flutes, but I will certainly be making a detour to Winnifred’s once this brand new venue on Arthur Street makes its debut. Brisbane’s first champagne destination has yet to reveal its exact opening date in August, but I have no doubt all Brisbane will be flocking to this unique venue.

Housing an impressive array of bottles from independent growers, as well as the Champagne region’s Grand Marque houses, I have a feeling my partner will be pencilling in a few date nights here. If the impressive exterior, designed by Tim Stewart and built by Bespoke Constructions is anything to go by, we’re in for a treat!

Talk soon,

Ben
