NEW IN!

Spring/Summer has never looked this good.

A single look at our listings reveals two very clear facts about me: I love apartments and I love heritage property, so naturally, the news of Brisbane’s latest opening, Marlowe immediately caught my eye. Fanda Group’s (the team behind Rick Shores, Central, Norte and Southside) latest venue occupies an Art Deco building on the corner of Merivale Street and Fish Lane.

Four self-contained units have been transformed into nine interconnected dining and bar areas, where they are dishing up a modern take on Australian favourites in a unique atmosphere. All I need is to find an excuse to venture south of the river, even if it’s just for a quick look at the interiors designed by none other than J.AR Office.

Our open homes unfortunately don’t come with an Australian inspired cocktail on arrival, but we can certainly offer both Art Deco as well as heritage. It might feel like stiff competition is on the horizon, with the looming changes to the first home buyer schemes coming into effect next month, but I think it’s safe to say there’s something (or somewhere, rather) for everyone amongst our listings!

Despite statistics highlighting that Queensland home buyers face plummeting stock levels as we head into spring selling season, we have a smattering of new listings and opportunities launching soon, for you to discover!

201/24 Macquarie Street, Teneriffe

We have finally launched the campaign for 201/24 Macquarie Street and after a very busy preview open home last weekend, I’m so excited to finally show you through this north-east facing corner apartment. It’s a rare find and an opportunity you won’t want to miss – we’ll see you there at 9.50 AM.

68/36 Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe

On the top floor of the London Woolstore, Unit 68 offers a peaceful aspect toward Teneriffe Hill and Newstead. With three bedrooms spread across two levels, there is plenty of space and separation throughout the home. We’ll be holding two open homes in the London Woolstore on Saturday at 1.50 PM if you’d like to take a look, wrapping up at 2.20 PM – just in time to tune into the AFL Grand Final if you feel so inclined!

58/70 Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe

Much earlier in the day, at 9 AM to be precise, we’ll be hosting a review inspection at Unit 58. A corner apartment in The Cannery, this renovated apartment is spread across two levels, with a balcony on each floor and comes with two secure car spaces! Please be sure to enter via Vernon Terrace, opposite the Mactaggarts Woolstore, for easy access.

319/38 Skyring Terrace, Teneriffe

At 11.25 AM, we will be opening up two opportunities on opposite ends of the apartment spectrum, if you will. 34/110 Macquarie Street is a three bedroom apartment in the Teneriffe Village Woolstore, also with two car parks spread across 196 SQM on a single level.

Should you be in the market for your first home, a lock-up and leave Teneriffe pad or a fantastic investment in a great location, make sure to add 319/38 Skyring Terrace to your list. This one bedroom apartment in the Nouvelle building is filled with natural light. The floor to ceiling windows in the living area frame the neighbouring W4 Woolstore, with a Juliet balcony creating a flowing, open space. I have no doubt this apartment will tick many buyers’ boxes!

207/50 Macquarie Street, Teneriffe

Straight afterwards, we’ll be at the Saratoga Woolstore from 1 PM where you can discover a top floor apartment with a riverview, or a one bedroom apartment on the river facing side of the building!

We don’t have any open homes scheduled yet this weekend, but very soon, we’ll be venturing out of 4005 for the sale of a spacious three bedroom apartment. If a modern residence in Brisbane’s west is what you’re after, reach out for more information about this Bardon home.

With Josh back on deck (please make sure to ask him about his holiday – talking about horseback riding through Kyrgyzstan will take his mind off the jetlag!), we can wrap up our Saturday just in time for you to settle in for kick off. If we can’t get a hold of you when we give you a follow up call, we’ll assume your eyes are glued to the screen.

Talk soon (probably on Monday, once the sporting events are over!),

Ben
