GAME. SET. SOLD.

Of course we had to give a nod to the AO!

I’ll be honest, our team hasn’t really been keeping tabs on the tennis – well the sporting side at least – but one half of our office (I’ll let you guess which one) has been avidly discussing the trending TikToks that have emerged and influencer outfits parading court side.

It is however the perfect opportunity to adopt this announcement for the Percival Press, because we have had a few wins of our own this week (both exciting new listings and fantastic results) that I’m excited to share with you!

143/53 Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe

In the Mactaggarts Woolstore Unit 143 sold this week for $1,290,000. A beautiful renovation with considered pops of colour, this is the perfect turn-key inner-city apartment.

68/36 Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe

On the top-floor of the London Woolstore Unit 68 too has sold for $1,350,000 – we’re looking forward to seeing how the new owners put their personal touch on this versatile property!

233/84 Macquarie Street, Teneriffe

If you’re not spending the last weekend of January glued to the TV or heading down to Melbourne to catch the final days of the AO live, what better way to dodge the heat than a mosey through our open homes?

Start your day with us at 233/64 Macquarie Street, one of the chicest renovations I’ve seen in a while inside the Ansonia Woolstore at 9AM. You can expect elegant boutique hotel vibes and moody tones, perfectly complementing the whitewashed brick wall and exposed dark timber beams.

420/88 Macquarie Street, Teneriffe

If you are after a different floor plan, you might find what you’ve had on your wishlist at 9.45AM on the top-floor of the Dakota Woolstore (that’s for our readers on the hunt for a larger home). Should you be looking for a one bedroom apartment, stop by Unit 212 on the river-facing side of the building at the same time.

Why not take a look at both of these renovated apartments? It’s really a perfect case study of the breadth of diversity in styles of renovations that suit the Woolstores.

101/54 Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe

At 10.45am we’ll be at 101/54 Vernon Terrace, and quite frankly, you should be too. On the top floor of the Winchcombe Carson Woolstore, this apartment has it all: renovated interiors, a top-floor position, a sheltered balcony and sprawling views.

If you find yourself in need of sustenance by this point, you’ll be pleased to know that CBD icon Felix for Goodness has opened the doors to its Teneriffe outlet. Where La Patrona once served up delicious Mexican fare on Florence Street, you can now enjoy nourishing and seasonal meals paired with Toby’s Estate coffee!

51/36 Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe

If you’re wanting to keep up with us, we’ll be in the London Woolstore at 11.40AM, where you can take a look inside a one-bedroom apartment as well as a top-floor apartment with a balcony. Both equally fantastic opportunities in their own right that you shouldn’t miss!

Whether your weekend is filled with property inspections or match points, I hope it’s a fantastic one!

Talk soon,

Ben
