FIREWORKS? FOR ME?

If Brisbane wants to put on a show for me birthday weekend, who am I to decline?

Every once in a while, Brisbane’s pyrotechnics and fighter jet showcase happens to align with my birthday weekend. While I don’t specifically go out of my way to watch it (or celebrate my birthday, as a matter of fact), it’s always nice to see the city come alive with the creative buzz of the Brisbane Festival.

That having been said – a birthday is as good an excuse as any for a nice dinner, and sure enough, we’re headed to The Wolf in the CBD tonight. If there’s a free table, we’ll make a pitstop at GA, Golden Avenue’s bar for a drink beforehand. When it comes to food, I’ll eat just about anything, but I’m particularly excited to see the carefully curated interiors of both these restaurants in person.

6/291 Bowen Terrace, New Farm

While we’re on the topic of interiors, I’m excited to share that we just launched the campaign for a beautiful Art Deco apartment in New Farm. Perched atop Bowen Terrace, this top floor apartment captures sweeping views across New Farm toward Teneriffe Hill. Showcasing signature period craftsmanship that cannot be replicated, this is a unique opportunity to own a piece of Brisbane history.

3/587 Sandgate Road, Clayfield QLD 4011 3/578 Sandgate Road, Clayfield

Not only did we not make it to Time and Temp in Albion (not that we expected to) last Saturday, but now that 3/587 Sandgate Road has sold for $690,000, we don’t even have an excuse to head out that way on a work day! That having been said, their weekend line up looks elite, so a Sunday morning trip might have to be on the cards…

11/45 Doggett Street, Teneriffe

Tomorrow, we’ll be hosting a preview at 11/45 Doggett Street prior to launching the campaign early next week. If a modern apartment within walking distance to James Street and Gasworks Plaza has your name written all over it, I hope we’ll see you there at 12.30pm tomorrow.

47/241 Arthur Street, Teneriffe

If you are a die-hard Woolstore fan, I highly recommend stopping by 47/241 Arthur Street earlier in the day at 11.30am. On the top floor of the Teneriffe Apartments building, this is a fantastic residence, not to be missed.

201/24 Macquarie Street, Teneriffe

If tightly-held opportunities make your heart beat faster, you’ll want to keep an eye out for the launch of 201/24 Macquarie Street. On the top corner of the Australian Estates Woolstore, this three bedroom apartment overlooks Macquarie Street, with an oversized, sheltered balcony to enjoy the warmer days coming. If you’d like more details about this apartment, please reach out at any time.

39/36 Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe

This week is particularly exciting if you’ve been waiting for a unit in the London Woolstore to pop up. We’ll be launching two apartments very soon – a split level apartment on the front of the building and a top floor apartment on the back of the building. I’ll let you take your pick.

We’ll be at 39/36 Vernon Terrace from 12.30pm tomorrow if you’d like to take a look. If you’d like more information about the 68/39 Vernon Terrace, let me know!

As always, I’ll give you my two cents on the new venues we visit tonight. In the meantime, I’m off to tuck into my second round (don’t judge us – the entire team had their first plate for morning tea!) of sticky date pudding Georgie kindly made for my birthday, before Josh gets to it.

Wishing you a lovely Riverfire weekend ahead,

Ben
