FAST CARS & FABULOUS PROPERTIES

A line-up as exciting as Albert Park last week.

I didn’t think I’d ever see my mum more surprised than the day I announced I was taking an unpaid role in real estate (during a particularly dire market) rather than accepting a stable job inspecting rock samples in an Outback shed.

As it turns out, being a McLaren super-fan takes even more unexpected turns than having a uni-aged son. Watching Oscar Piastri crash before he even had a chance to race last weekend was, dare I say, more upsetting! Despite the heartbreak on the track, the trip remains a highlight. It’s a rare treat to travel with family once you’ve grown up, and sharing the F1 atmosphere with my mum and sisters was truly special.

March is famously Grand Prix month, but for us Brisbanites, it’s also James Street Up Late month. Next Thursday, 19 March, the Valley’s most elegant strip will transform into the place to be (aside from our open homes, of course). You can check out this year’s full lineup here.

After a soggy past weekend (great when you’re snug inside on the couch, not ideal when sprinting between properties in the rain), the glorious weather we’ve had this week might just hold out until Saturday. That’s welcome news, as we have some incredible new homes to show you!

301/64 Macquarie Street, Teneriffe

On the top-floor of the Ansonia Woolstore, Unit 301 is days away from coming to market. Spanning 187 SQM across two levels, this residence captures sweeping views across the river toward Hawthorne. Immaculately renovated and bathed in natural light, no detail has been missed to create an elegant yet practical residence on the front corner of the building. We’ll be there at 10.30am tomorrow.

284 Harcourt Street, Teneriffe

We won’t be holding an open home just yet, but I simply could not wait a moment longer to share this Teneriffe property with you. Sitting on a 445 SQM block with dual access via Harcourt Street and Small Street, this four-bedroom family residence is the epitome of Queensland living. With an inground pool, a sundeck sheltered by mature trees, and a low-maintenance alfresco courtyard, it’s a private family sanctuary in the heart of 4005. For more information, please reach out.

2 Utzon Street, Yeronga

A little further afield from our usual patch, we have a brilliant investment or multi-generational living opportunity. Currently returning $1,800 per week in rent across two leases, this property sits on an expansive corner block surrounded by established greenery. If you’re joining us for the 2.15pm open home tomorrow, be sure to stop by Golly Gosh for a decadent brunch beforehand!

As always, we have quite the line-up of properties for you to visit tomorrow – I’ll leave you to peruse them below.

Talk soon,

Ben
