“Josh and Ben never failed to impress. Their dedication, marketing skill and attention to detail was unparalleled, alongside an in-depth knowledge of the current and historical local market. Josh and Ben displayed a level of professionalism, honesty and respect for all parties at all times which was both refreshing and very much appreciated. The result Josh and Ben achieved for us was outstanding, and we recommend their services without any hesitation whatsoever.”

“Ben Percival is not just a real estate agent. Ben Percival is a brand which Ben (and his brilliant team) has meticulously built over the years that Ben has been active in the Teneriffe. Anyone who knows Woolstores knows a Woolstore sold by Ben Percival is Woolstore unlike any other! This is the reason I chose Ben and his team to sell my corner Woolstore apartment. The stunning price Ben’s marketing achieved reflects Ben’s star power. Ben and team are also the loveliest of people. Five Stars.”

“Ben and his team, are the most professional Real Estate team I have ever worked with. Their dedication & communication skills are beyond amazing, always keeping me in the loop with every step. Nothing is ever a problem for Ben and he follows through with his word. I received 8 offers of interest in less than two weeks being on the market with record numbers of inspections in such a short period of time. I highly recommend Ben to anyone thinking of selling their property.”

“I highly recommend engaging the services of Ben especially if you are looking at buying or selling a woolstore apartment in Teneriffe. Ben has helped me buy and sell a number of properties in Teneriffe and is fantastic to work with.”

“We first dealt with Ben as a purchaser. He was professional, cheery, respectful, candid and trustworthy. When it came time for us to sell, we knew we only wanted to deal with Ben.

When we engaged Ben to sell our home, he was just as professional as we remembered. Ben used his nuanced knowledge of the local area and  feedback from a ready-to-go network of potential buyers to answer our questions and give us the confidence we needed to make the right decisions at each step of the campaign.

Ben, and the team that he leads, are a complete delight. They're all charming, professional and committed to making sure that every one of the many steps that go into a successful campaign is performed at the highest levels of excellence.”

“Ben and his team were fantastic to deal with for all aspects of my recent sale. The communication and experience was consistent and on point throughout the process. Ben has earned himself a well-deserved solid reputation as the area (and Woolstore) specialist. He knows the market inside out and takes a strategic and individualised approach to the sale. Rather than relying solely on a list of recent comparable sales, he appreciates what makes a property unique and of value to potential buyers.”
