We’ll be holding our last open homes this Saturday, before heading down to the Gold Coast as a team to celebrate the year that has been and plan for the year ahead – in no particular order!
I grew up on the Gold Coast, and lucky for me, everyone at PPG, including our office dog, loves the beach just as much as I do! After a massive year of big, exciting changes and a lot of grafting between the four of us, we can’t wait to hang out together and raise a lychee martini (our team’s drink of choice, don’t judge) to all that 2024 has brought – including our latest result!

In non-property related news (though it will certainly have a positive impact on 4169 properties), the Kangaroo Point Green Bridge has finally opened! I have yet to test out this highly anticipated running route yet; between intense heat and torrential downpours, I might need to wait until I’m back from my skiing adventures to leg it over this new connection to the CBD.
This time of year is busy for everyone, for different reasons – maybe you’re deep in work, or rushing to tie up loose ends before a few days off, trying to keep your young ones occupied during the school break or simply relaxing and enjoying the silly season – I won’t ramble on for too long this week.
